We have multiple lines for small volume aerospace and high volume special processes. While these were setup initially for our captive requirement in the glass-metal seals and the machined components business, we have since been working with external customers too.

Today we offer 9 lines of special process with the following processes:

  • Electroless Nickel
  • Electrolytic Zinc & ZincNickel
  • Passivation
  • Manganese & Zinc Phosphating

These are all also certified by the PRI conforming to NADCAP requirements
